Welcome

Welcome to my Home Page and Web site. This site provides information about me, my educational activities, the projects I am involved in and the research and other things I am doing.

Here you can find information about the courses I teach, current and past projects, international activities, workshops and seminars and some of my latest publications and research.

Latest information includes SEAGA presentation on European Citizenship (2.9Mb), Torun and Athens HERODOT conferences, materials for teaching about Europe and getting international partners and funding for education projects. Visit the latest HERODOT newsletter.

Many of the activities and developments I have been involved with stem from international activities undertaken while I was international Socrates coordinator at Liverpool Hope University (1998-2005).

This page will also link to my higher education academy National Teaching Fellowship project as it develops between January 2006 and January 2009. This work is likely to be closely linked to the use of elearning (and geoinformation) in education, working with teachers in higher education and in schools.

Please feel free to contact me if you would like to find out more.
