Year 3
The purpose of this module is to expand on the foundation built in years 1 and 2 and widen student's scope for the potential of ICT in primary teaching.
You will gain an understanding of the purpose of web quests and develop the skills of basic web page making, and also further develop skills and knowledge of Internet Safety.
This module aims to increase awareness and confidence in using ICT peripherals such as the interactive whiteboard, digital cameras, video and inclusive technologies, and to understand their use in teaching and learning. Through individual and group based work you will gain an understanding of the creative role ICT can play within a classroom.
You will also engage with Web2.0 technology to collaborate and showcase your work.
